Senior Risk Analyst Live Casino
About the Position
ARRISE is seeking a Senior Risk Analyst to play a critical role in safeguarding the integrity and functionality of our Live Casino operations. This position requires a proactive professional with deep expertise in risk and fraud analysis, particularly within the iGaming sector. The role involves close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, data-driven decision-making, and acting as shift leader when needed, ensuring seamless operations and risk mitigation at all times.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and detect high-risk or fraudulent player activity during Live Casino sessions
- Ensure proper functioning and integrity of Live Casino tables, tools, and equipment
- Analyse player behavior and betting patterns, taking action in line with internal protocols
- Compile and interpret data from various sources to perform detailed risk assessments
- Review reports produced by other team members for accuracy and consistency
- Act as shift leader in the absence of the Department Manager, coordinating team efforts
- Ensure fair task distribution and support team collaboration during shifts
- Produce risk summaries, research reports, and operational recommendations
- Communicate effectively with internal departments and external partners involved in Live Casino operations
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience as a Risk Analyst or Senior Risk Analyst in the iGaming industry, preferably with a focus on Live Casino
- Strong analytical capabilities with excellent attention to detail
- Proven leadership and decision-making skills
- High integrity, accountability, and ability to perform under pressure
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal)
- Comfortable working flexible 9-hour shifts, including weekends
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook
Nice to Have
- Experience with business intelligence or data tools such as Tableau and SQL
- Prior experience coordinating teams or acting in a shift lead capacity
- Familiarity with fraud detection tools and iGaming security protocols
- Strong research skills for investigating new fraud trends or emerging risks
