(Senior) Sales Assistant - München (m/w/d)

About the Position

Join our team in Munich as a (Senior) Sales Assistant! You will be instrumental in the success of our store, bringing your passion for Home & Living to inspire our customers. Create an inviting atmosphere and unique in-store experiences. This position is permanent, located in Munich, and available in full-time or part-time.

Responsibilities

• Actively approach and assist customers
• Inspire and passionately advise our store visitors
• Meet individual goals and support the team in achieving store targets and providing excellent customer service
• Handle cash register, stock the sales floor, and ensure cleanliness and order
• Present products and plan and manage promotional and marketing actions, as well as events

Requirements

• Enjoyment of direct customer contact and strong communication skills
• Completed vocational training in retail or a comparable qualification – we are open to lateral entrants
• Independent, results-oriented, and structured work style with a high degree of reliability and teamwork
• Strong passion for the Home & Living sector and flexibility for shift work
• Proficient use of modern technology such as iPad, iOS, Social Media, etc.
• Good German and English language skills
