About the Position
Would you like to work with international education and help create life-changing experiences for young people?
STS Sweden and Educatius are currently looking for a structured, engaged, and service-oriented Senior Sales Coordinator with team lead responsibility to join our team at our office in Stockholm.
In this position you will play a key role bringing students onto our High School Exchange program and lead the team in the Swedish market. This role requires hands-on involvement in day-to-day sales B2C, sales and customer service activities and team support.
You will be responsible for coordinating sales processes, following up leads, and contributing to the achievement of the company’s sales goals by mentoring your team, set and execute sales activities with the team and marketing. In addition, you will be working closely with our customer success team, to prepare students and families for the exchange year and ensuring a smooth and positive customer journey from start to finish. This makes the role dynamic, engaging and full of opportunities to learn and grow the Swedish market.
You will report to the Sales Director Nordics and work closely with the Marketing department and Customer Success Manager.
Responsibilities
- Leading the Swedish sales team.
- Handling customer inquiries via email and phone through our CRM system.
- Planning and executing fairs, school visits, sales events, and webinars.
- Following up with students and guardians who have confirmed their participation in the program.
- Representing the organization and presenting the company’s program portfolio tailored to prospective students and families.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with current clients and school counselors.
- Maintaining strong communication and relationships with receiving partner organizations abroad to ensure the best possible experience for our students.
Requirements
- University degree (preferably in sales, marketing, or business).
- Previous experience in sales and telemarketing.
- Fluency written and verbally in Swedish and English.
- A KPI driven and goal-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service mindset with the ability to understand individual customer needs and guide them to the right program.
- Passion for delivering world-class customer experiences.
- Ability to build long-term relationships with students, families, and partners.
- Knowledge of Danish, Finnish, or Norwegian is an advantage but not required.
Desired Skills and Experience
- Previous experience within international education, sales, customer service, or a similar field is beneficial.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to change.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- A proactive mindset and ability to find creative solutions to challenges.
- A team player who enjoys sharing ideas and contributing to the growth and success of the team.
