About the Position
We're seeking a Senior Sales Development Representative for Enterprise Sales to join our team in Wien, Austria, and drive new business opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Enterprise segment.
- Proactively contact decision-makers in companies within the DACH region and inspire them with XING's solutions.
- Recognize the recruiting needs of potential customers and qualify new sales opportunities.
- Schedule qualified appointments for our Enterprise Account Executives and actively contribute to building a sustainable sales pipeline.
- Conduct professional initial conversations, handle objections confidently, and build trust from the first contact.
- Document your activities and business opportunities in Salesforce.
- Work closely with our Enterprise Account Executives to develop strategic target customers.
- Continuously improve your conversation techniques and significantly contribute to the growth of our Enterprise business with your performance.
Requirements
- Several years of experience in sales, business development, or a communication-strong role.
- You enjoy actively approaching people and manage to spark interest and build trust in the first conversation.
- You are ambitious, have initiative, and enjoy discovering new business opportunities.
- Challenges motivate you, and you persist even when success doesn't come at the first attempt.
- You work in a structured, goal-oriented manner and keep track even with many contacts.
- You convince with your open, communicative nature and enjoy working in a team.
- You have excellent German skills and good English skills.
