Job description
About the Position
Senior Sales Enablement Manager (m/w/d)
Location: München, Bayern, DE
Employment Type: FULL_TIME
About the Role
Are you ready to take our Go-to-Market team to the next level? Are you a salesperson at heart, think strategically, and also roll up your sleeves? Then you are exactly right with us! We are digitizing the parking industry and turning ordinary parking spaces into smart mobility hubs for a world without barriers. Today, over 600 customers trust us with more than 180,000 implemented parking spaces in over 400 cities in the DACH region and Italy.
Our team of SDRs, Account Executives, Team Leads, and Account Management is growing. Enablement does not yet exist as its own role: onboarding, coaching, sales content, and release readiness are currently handled alongside other tasks. As our first Senior Sales Enablement Manager (m/w/d), you will change that. You will report directly to our VP of Sales and be a close sparring partner for sales and account management leadership on all enablement issues.
Responsibilities
- Sparring with Sales Leadership: Together with our VP of Sales and the leads from sales and account management, you will decide where coaching, training, or new tools have the greatest impact. What you learn from calls, pipeline reviews, and deals, you will translate directly into better training, materials, and processes.
- Sales Methodology: Together with the sales leadership, you will establish a uniform discovery and qualification methodology and anchor it sustainably: in the daily sales routine, in HubSpot, and in the coaching of your team leads. This will allow you to continue the impulses from our external sales coaching internally.
- Enabling Coaching: You will equip our team leads with formats that allow them to truly coach their team: call review frameworks, guidelines for objection handling and negotiation, role-playing scenarios that fit into everyday life instead of ending up in a drawer.
- Onboarding: You will build and optimize the onboarding for new SDRs, account executives, and account managers with clear milestones, together with People & Culture and the subject matter experts, so that everyone can sell independently more quickly.
- Release Readiness: Positioning and messaging come from our product marketing. You will turn them into trainable, deployable sales formats and ensure that our team is up to speed on every new feature before the first customer asks about it.
- Sales & Pitch Materials: You will create pitch decks and battlecards in the Peter Park look and turn many individual decks into a well-maintained, uniform library where everyone can find the current version.
- Processes & Tooling: You will ensure that our sales process is lived in everyday life, keep the playbook up to date for each pipeline stage, and prepare tool decisions for the leadership. You will also set up a conversation intelligence setup that makes customer conversations evaluable and thus forms the basis for data-driven performance optimization and targeted enablement measures. The technical implementation will be carried out by our BizOps and Business Automation colleagues.
- Measuring Impact: You will define what enablement can be measured by (ramp time, content usage, product adoption) and show what impact this has on win rate, expansion, and retention/upsell.
- Close Collaboration: You will be the interface between sales, account management, customer success, marketing, BizOps, and product. New campaigns, features, and processes will run through you before they reach the team.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience: in sales enablement or sales training or as a senior salesperson with real enablement responsibility, ideally in B2B SaaS.
- Technical Familiarity: Topics such as GDPR, payment, and the interplay of software and hardware are not new to you. You quickly get up to speed on products that require explanation and understand them so deeply that you can build reliable enablement from them.
- Salesperson at Heart: You deliver solutions that work in everyday sales, rather than perfect process chains on paper. You build the first deck or playbook yourself.
- Build Experience: You have already built onboarding and coaching programs yourself, not just continued them.
- Can-Do Attitude: You do not wait for the perfect order but deliver pragmatically, iterate, and take responsibility for the result.
- Persuasiveness: You convince with arguments rather than titles and bring together stakeholders from sales, marketing, product, and BizOps, even without hierarchical leadership.
- Data Understanding: You read dashboards and derive the right enablement measures from them.
- Content & Design: Your decks are convincing visually, and you naturally use AI tools to get from idea to finished draft faster.
- Tools: CRM systems such as HubSpot, conversation intelligence solutions, and the sales tech stack are part of your everyday life.
- Languages: You speak fluent German and English.
- Desirable: Experience in Proptech, Mobility, or B2B with an on-site component, with international sales teams, and Italian language skills.
Work Setup
- 40 hours per week (trust basis)
- Work Location: München (3 days office / 2 days remote)
- Permanent Employment Contract
- Senior Individual Contributor with direct reporting to our VP of Sales
