About the Role

As a Senior Sales Manager (all genders) for Austria, you will be responsible for driving the growth and activation of our Business Unit Growth & Activation in Austria. Your focus will be on CRM for businesses, and you will also bring our performance marketing and media services to our clients.

Responsibilities

• Actively acquiring new clients for Growth & Activation in the Austrian market
• Leading pitches and contract negotiations directly with decision-makers
• Developing proposals based on metrics such as ROAS, CPA, CAC, and CLV in collaboration with our consultants and operational teams
• Activating and expanding your strong network in the CRM sector in Austria
• Managing the sales pipeline and forecasting
• Monitoring the Austrian market and providing insights for the further development of our offerings

Requirements

• At least 6 years of sales experience, ideally in a performance marketing agency
• Understanding of digital marketing metrics and CRM
• Hunter and closer mentality with proven track record of closing deals
• Strong network in Austria with direct access to decision-makers
• Data-driven approach
• Fluent in German and proficient in English
• Based in Austria, able to travel regularly and be present at our locations

Nice to Have

• Experience with HubSpot for deal and customer management
• Basic technical understanding to coordinate requirements with our tech teams
