As Senior Sales Manager for Health, Beauty, and Luxury, you will manage some of the UK's most significant brands and agency relationships, helping clients turn media investment into measurable growth while delivering against ambitious commercial targets.
This is a high-impact role within one of Criteo's largest and most strategic verticals. You will be responsible for protecting and growing existing revenue, identifying new opportunities, managing a healthy pipeline, and building senior client and agency relationships.
Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and pitching to negotiation and close.
- Own a portfolio of strategic accounts, with responsibility for revenue delivery, retention, growth, and accurate forecasting while building a pipeline of new business opportunities.
- Develop full-funnel commerce strategies across Criteo's Retail Media solutions, moving conversations beyond individual products towards broader, measurable growth opportunities.
- Develop account plans, maintain accurate forecasts (client, retailer, and internal), and deliver against ambitious quarterly targets.
- Build trusted relationships with client and agency stakeholders, confidently navigating complex organizations and multiple decision makers.
- Identify opportunities to influence media planning and budget allocation across agency and client organizations.
- Lead client meetings, pitches, agency days, and bespoke events with confidence.
- Use campaign KPIs, including ROAS, to identify opportunities and shape compelling solutions.
- Partner closely with Account Strategy, Customer Success, and Product teams to deliver client value.
- Stay informed on Retail Media trends and translate market insights into new business opportunities.
- Represent Criteo at relevant industry events and build a strong professional network.
Requirements
- Proven experience in digital media sales, including display, search, or e-commerce.
- Commercially minded, results-driven, and collaborative.
- Experience working with and selling through media agencies.
- Comfortable operating with senior stakeholders and able to influence across client, agency, and internal teams.
- A strong track record of winning new business.
- Ability to handle objections effectively, strong negotiation, influencing, and relationship-building skills across seniority levels.
- Familiarity with sales methodologies such as BANT, MEDPICC, or LAER.
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving, collaborative environment.
