About the Position

Senior Sales Manager Private Label

Dentsply Sirona, the world's largest manufacturer of professional dental products and technologies, is seeking a Senior Sales Manager Private Label for its Zhermack production site in Badia Polesine, Italy. Reporting to the Head of Sales, the role involves achieving sales volume, revenue, and profitability targets, coordinating an international team of sales and customer service managers across multiple company locations.

Responsibilities

  • Support the definition of multi-year strategic plans and annual operational plans
  • Define sales forecasts, commercial and contractual conditions; coordinate international sales and customer service teams
  • Conduct market analysis, define price lists and product positioning
  • Supervise commercial offers; manage and develop the customer portfolio
  • Define commercial strategies and marketing plans within the budget
  • Identify new business opportunities and coordinate Private Label/OEM projects
  • Develop collaborations with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and local universities

Requirements

  • Degree in languages or economics, or equivalent experience
  • At least 10 years of commercial experience in multinational or structured contexts
  • Solid experience in B2B and/or Private Label environments
  • Proven experience in managing international teams
  • Excellent knowledge of English (C1)
  • Professional level of a second language (B2), preferably German
  • Knowledge of a third language considered a plus (French is appreciated)
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Results-oriented; analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel internationally
