About the Position

Senior Salesforce Developer

We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer with 3-5 years of experience to join our team in Assago (MI), Roma, or Pozzuoli (NA). You will be working on scalable Salesforce solutions, collaborating with a dynamic team on national and international projects.

Responsibilities

• Analyze functional requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
• Develop and maintain applications on the Salesforce platform.
• Create custom components using Apex, SOQL, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Configure and develop automations using Salesforce Flow.
• Implement Apex Triggers following Salesforce best practices.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems via REST and SOAP APIs.
• Manage deployments and releases in different environments.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Functional Consultants, Architects, and Project Managers.
• Ensure code quality through testing, code reviews, and technical documentation.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of solutions and development processes.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in Salesforce development.
• Excellent knowledge of:
  • Apex
  • Apex Triggers
  • Salesforce Flow
  • Lightning Web Components (LWC)
  • SOQL and SOSL
  • Validation Rules
  • Approval Processes
  • Salesforce Security Model (Profiles, Permission Sets, Sharing Rules)
• Experience in developing integrations via REST and SOAP APIs.
• Knowledge of deployment and versioning tools (Git, CI/CD).
• Experience with Salesforce Data Loader and data migration tools.
• Familiarity with Salesforce best practices and governor limits.
• Degree in STEM or technical diploma/specialist technical training.
• Experience in coordinating technical activities and/or small teams.
• Experience in transferring know-how and onboarding junior colleagues.
• Fluency in English.
