Senior Salesforce Developer

About the Position

We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer with over 5 years of experience to join our Business Platforms team, specializing in CRM and digital platform development.

Responsibilities

• Provide advice in Salesforce technical areas.
• Respectfully challenge ambiguity or use of Salesforce in ways it wasn't intended to be used, whilst being adaptive and open to new ideas.
• Configure and develop new functionalities on top of Salesforce, using standard techniques for extending the platform.
• Provide active guidance on best practices and troubleshooting.

Requirements

• +5 years of Salesforce Development experience.
• +3 years of overall development experience (Salesforce or other tech-stack).
• Hands-on experience with integrating other systems with Salesforce.
• Experience with developing data models and data flows.
• Functional knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Marketing Cloud.
• Salesforce Certified Admin I or Salesforce Platform Developer I.
• Salesforce Platform Developer II and any other certifications are a plus.
• Experience Leading Teams.
