About the Position
GFT, a pioneer in digital transformation, is seeking a Senior Salesforce Marketing Cloud expert to join our team. We design AI-centric business solutions, modernize IT infrastructures, and develop next-generation core systems for banking, insurance, and industrial leaders. We are looking for a technically savvy and business-minded individual to help clients design and optimize their omnichannel marketing strategies.
Responsibilities
- Transform client needs into technical solutions within Salesforce Marketing Cloud, with autonomous end-to-end execution.
- Design and develop Cloud Pages using HTML, CSS, AMPscript, and SSJS, ensuring technical quality and best practices.
- Configure and optimize Journeys in Journey Builder, aligned with defined objectives.
- Develop and maintain automations in Automation Studio for campaign and technical process management.
- Implement integrations with external systems using REST APIs and SOAP.
- Prepare and structure data necessary for use in automations, journeys, Cloud Pages, and integrations.
- Participate in the definition and implementation of solutions on Salesforce Data Cloud for audience management, segmentation, and activation.
- Provide technical input in the definition of solutions within the Salesforce Marketing Cloud ecosystem.
- Collaborate with functional and technical teams to ensure coherent and efficient deliveries.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, with a strong technical component.
- Experience in Salesforce Data Cloud for audience management, segmentation, and activation.
- Solid experience in developing Cloud Pages (HTML, CSS, AMPscript, SSJS).
- Practical experience with Journey Builder and Automation Studio.
- Experience in integrations using REST APIs and SOAP.
- Advanced knowledge in data management and modeling within Marketing Cloud.
- High autonomy in executing solutions, with the ability to work directly with clients and resolve requirements independently.
