Responsibilities
- Design and deliver solutions using components from the Salesforce ecosystem
- Lead the development team
- Follow our development standards and best practices
- Participate actively in our Technical Architecture Community
- Expand professional qualifications through continuous education
Requirements
- Perfect understanding of Salesforce Platform products with over 12 years of general experience in Salesforce
- 4+ years of experience as a Technical Architect
- Proficiency in Git (e.g., code merges between branches, cherry-picking, release tags, etc.)
- Solid knowledge of design/enterprise architecture patterns
- Advanced understanding of the Salesforce deployment toolchain (including Salesforce DX, change sets, data loader)
- Good understanding of project delivery methodologies
- Familiarity with testing processes and types of tests available (e.g., SIT, UAT, QA, automated testing, functional testing, performance testing, etc.)
- Ability to assist the project manager in providing cost and time effort estimations
- Capability to work effectively under high pressure from project management or customers
- Experience conducting technical discovery sessions
- Knowledge of integration patterns
- Experience designing and building integration architectures
- Strong client-facing skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (C1 level)
