Senior SAP Business Center Consultant
Location: Casablanca, Morocco

Responsibilities
As a consultant, you will be involved in exciting projects. You'll have the opportunity to contribute your functional and technical expertise as a consultant.
As part of our team, you'll work in project mode to meet the specific needs of our customers. You will be called upon to:
- Gathering requirements from end-users on the customer's site.
- Writing of functional and technical specifications.
- Implementation, design, and configuration phase.
- Unit and integration testing, acceptance testing.
- Production start-up, go-live.
- Drafting of operating procedures.
- Change management.
- User training.
- Post-go-live support, maintenance, Third-Party Application Maintenance (TMA).
Requirements
- Ability to listen, interpersonal skills, and customer service.
- Fluency in spoken and written French and English.
- Flexibility, organization, and excellent oral and written communication skills, as well as outstanding presentation.
- Significant experience in project mode, implementations, packages, migrations, etc.
- Solid experience in full lifecycle projects.
- Project methodology (customer workshops, blueprints, integration tests, etc.)
- Mastery of the various components of the SAP suite.
- Mastery of new tools: HANA, S4, etc.
- Education: Bac + 5.
- Experience: Confirmed, senior from 3 years XP.
Nice to Have
- Experience with ITSM integrations (ServiceNow, Topdesk, Jira).
- Experience with S/4HANA and integrated SAP modules.
