Job Description, Responsibilities & Requirements

About the Position

We are seeking a Senior SAP CO Consultant with 7+ years of experience to join our innovative team in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

Solution Design & Architecture

  • Design SAP CO-based architecture for controlling processes tailored to industry-specific requirements.
  • Develop integration concepts across SAP modules (e.g., SD, MM, PP, FI) and third-party systems.
  • Lead blueprint and solution design workshops with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Provide architectural guidance during implementation phases and ensure scalability and maintainability of solutions.

Project Implementation & Delivery

  • Manage and execute configuration of SAP CO components.
  • Act as a senior expert and hands-on consultant in SAP S/4HANA and ECC projects.
  • Support and guide cross-functional teams through end-to-end CO transformations.
  • Collaborate with ABAP developers on functional specifications and enhancements.

Advisory & Continuous Improvement

  • Identify opportunities for business process optimization using SAP best practices.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients and contribute to the evolution of the portfolio.
  • Stay informed on the latest SAP innovations (RISE with SAP, SAP BTP, Fiori, etc.).

Requirements

Technical Skills

  • Minimum 7 years of SAP CO consulting and implementation experience including full-cycle projects.
  • Deep knowledge of SAP CO configuration and processes.
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA (preferred) and ECC.
  • Understanding of integration with SAP SD, MM, PP, FI, and external systems.

Soft Skills

  • Strong analytical thinking and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a team-oriented approach.
  • High level of independence, accountability, and flexibility.

Language Requirements

  • English: Fluent (mandatory)
  • German: Advantageous
