We are looking for a Senior SAP Engineering Manager to lead and support a high-performance team of SAP experts.

Responsibilities
- Lead and support a team of SAP experts, providing direction and overseeing all operations
- Build, lead, and nurture high-performance EPAM SAP teams located in Türkiye
- Lead and support Employee Lifecycle: hiring, staffing, utilization, performance, promotion, compensation
- Drive global strategic initiatives, contributing to the growth of the discipline
- Craft proposals and prepare statements of work for SAP projects, collaborating closely with IT teams and business stakeholders
- Handle direct customer relations on matters of delivery, team performance, and project timelines and schedules
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- At least 7 years of proven experience in SAP implementation projects
- Leadership experience with a proven track record of leading complex projects in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated success in multiple large-scale, multi-disciplinary projects
- Direct experience in customer-facing roles
- Outstanding leadership skills
- First-rate communication and interpersonal abilities
- Forward-thinking approach to technological innovation
- Fluency in English at B2+ level or higher
