About the Position
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior SAP FICO Consultant with expertise in DRC functionality to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in configuring and customizing SAP systems while supporting business processes and ensuring compliance with regional requirements.
Responsibilities
- Configure and customize the SAP system (S4Hana Cloud On-premise) in FI/CO modules/applications within Roadmap tasks, including preparation of project documentation such as FDD, TS, TP
- Interact with customers' business users to gather requirements and analyze business needs
- Implement DRC functionality, including e-invoicing and local reporting configuration
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration across SAP applications
- Provide support and troubleshooting for SAP FI/CO modules to ensure optimal system performance
- Train business users on SAP FI/CO functionalities and ensure knowledge transfer
- Monitor and ensure compliance with local accounting standards and regulations
Requirements
- Experience with SAP implementation projects, with a minimum of 3 years of professional working experience
- Knowledge of Parallel Accounting with a ledgers-based approach and DRC functionality
- Proficiency in SAP Financial Accounting
- Expertise in configuring e-invoicing and local reporting within DRC requirements
- Background in project documentation development, including FDD, TS, and TP
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken) at a minimum B2 level
Nice to Have
- GAAP accounting knowledge
- Understanding of SAP Business Technology Platform functionality
- Familiarity with SAP Controlling module
