Senior SAP HCM Consultant

Salary: 6000-8000 PLN/hour

About the Position

We are seeking a Senior SAP HCM Consultant with expertise in Time Management and Payroll to join our remote team supporting Axpo. In this role, you will focus on the crucial Time Management module and also work with Payroll. You will be responsible for configuring and maintaining work schedule rules, holiday calendars, shift planning, and overtime allowances. Your expertise will help streamline processes and enhance the integration of SAP Time Management and Payroll modules.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the configuration and maintenance of work schedule rules and holiday calendars
• Analyzing and configuring time schemas and personnel calculation rules (PCRs)
• Evaluating time evaluation logs to ensure accurate time tracking
• Assisting with time registration processes and leave management, including absence types and leave calculations
• Enhancing the integration between SAP Time Management and SAP Payroll modules
• Handling support tickets and resolving issues related to time management and payroll processes

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP HCM with a focus on Time Management and Payroll modules
• Deep expertise in configuring work schedule rules, holiday calendars, and time schemas
• Strong understanding of personnel calculation rules (PCRs) and time evaluation logs
• Practical experience in leave management processes and integration of SAP modules
• Advanced level of English
• Tax residence in Ukraine required
