Senior SAP IBP Consultant

About the Position

We are seeking a Senior SAP IBP Consultant with 3+ years of experience to join our team and drive supply chain planning transformations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and participate in the full lifecycle of SAP IBP implementations - from requirements gathering and solution design through configuration, testing, and go-live
• Configure and customize SAP IBP modules including Demand, Supply & Inventory, Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), and Control Tower
• Conduct workshops and interviews with business stakeholders to capture planning processes and translate them into SAP IBP solutions
• Design and implement planning models, key figures, planning levels, and operators
• Integrate SAP IBP with SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, and third-party systems using SAP CPI or other middleware
• Support master data design and migration related to supply chain planning
• Provide guidance and mentoring to junior consultants on the project team
• Collaborate with architects and developers on custom enhancements and extensions
• Prepare functional specifications, solution documentation, and training materials
• Participate in pre-sales activities including solution presentations and effort estimations

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with SAP IBP implementation and configuration
• Expertise in at least two SAP IBP modules: Demand Planning, Supply Planning, S&OP, Inventory Optimization, or Control Tower
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA or SAP ECC integration scenarios
• Understanding of supply chain planning concepts (demand sensing, statistical forecasting, MRP, S&OP cycles)
• Experience in conducting client workshops and translating business requirements into functional designs
• Proficiency in working with Excel Add-in for SAP IBP and analytical planning views
• Fluent English (written and spoken) - B2 or higher

Nice to Have

• Experience with SAP Integrated Business Planning for Response & Supply (IBP R&S)
• Knowledge of SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) or SAP BW/4HANA
• Familiarity with SAP CPI / SAP Integration Suite for system-to-system integration
• SAP IBP certification
• Experience in Agile/SAFe delivery frameworks
• Background in industries such as manufacturing, retail, FMCG, or life sciences
