Senior SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud Solution Architect

About the Position

We're looking for a Senior SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud Solution Architect to join our team in Cyprus in a hybrid working mode. In this role, you will drive end-to-end architecture and transformation strategies around SAP’s cloud ERP solutions. Your work will enable clients to adopt Clean Core principles, ensure upgrade-safe extensibility, and maximize the business value of SAP investments. This position offers an opportunity to influence enterprise transformation programs and shape future-ready technology landscapes.

Responsibilities

• Define SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud target architecture aligned with best practices
• Lead Fit-to-Standard workshops to ensure business alignment with SAP standards
• Drive Clean Core adoption strategies for system integrity and upgrade readiness
• Establish extensibility and integration principles, leveraging SAP BTP capabilities
• Design side-by-side extension frameworks using SAP BTP Extension Suite
• Lead initiatives for business process standardization and governance models
• Develop SAP BTP adoption roadmaps supporting innovation initiatives
• Define security and compliance architecture across the SAP landscape
• Oversee SAP Activate implementation methodology
• Collaborate with enterprise and transformation teams to drive successful delivery

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience with SAP ERP and enterprise transformation programs
• Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud and SAP Activate methodology
• Proven ability to run Fit-to-Standard workshops and apply SAP Best Practices
• In-depth knowledge of Clean Core concept and extensibility strategies
• Experience in enterprise and solution architecture, including SAP BTP design
• Understanding of integration patterns and event-driven architecture
• Familiarity with SAP Central Business Configuration and governance models
• Knowledge of security and compliance requirements within ERP solutions

Nice to Have

• Exposure to SAP Integration Suite and BTP extension services
• Familiarity with SAP AI Foundation, Joule, and SAP Build tools
• Experience with SAP Cloud ALM for lifecycle management
• Knowledge of LeanIX and SAP Signavio for business process optimization
• Understanding of RISE with SAP offerings
