About the Position

Senior SAP Solution Analyst

Join O-I as a Senior SAP Solution Analyst to support business-enabled processes in commercial and order to cash processes in SAP.

Responsibilities

• Work with business customers, users, technical architects, and application designers to define functional business process requirements for the SAP system within a designated functional area.
• Provide full life-cycle support, including creating system documentation such as operating procedures, functional and technical design specifications, and technical support documentation.
• Serve as the primary IT contact and lead role for customer-facing projects.
• Lead the transition of requirements and use cases to designers, ensuring a clear and complete understanding of the requirements.
• Translate requirements and use cases into test conditions and expected results for product, performance, and user acceptance testing.
• Participate in quality reviews, including management and peer level, to ensure designs, prototypes, and other requirements work products fulfill the requirements.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and test existing solutions to ensure business continuity.
• Collaborate with other IT teams for integration, development, and cross-functional requirements.
• Utilize new and existing technology to design solutions that support the needs of the commercial and order to cash organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
• Advanced English language skills.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT, supporting business-enabled processes in commercial and order to cash processes in SAP.
• Experience with end-to-end full life cycle SAP implementation.
• In-depth expertise with SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) module.
• Strong knowledge of sales order processing, delivery, invoicing, pricing, and customer master data.
• Hands-on experience with eDocument Cockpit and tax reporting solutions in SAP.
• EDI experience is considered a plus.
• Familiarity with OpenText Vendor Invoice Management is a plus.
