About the Position

We are looking for a Senior Scala Developer to join our team. This role is available remotely or in Kyiv, Ukraine.

Responsibilities

Design and develop scalable backend services using Scala
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver production software
Work with MySQL databases
Ensure strong fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, and distributed systems design

BS or MS in Computer Science or related field
5+ years of software development experience
Proven experience in delivering production software using Scala
Experience working with MySQL
Strong fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, and distributed systems design
Good verbal and writing English language communication skills
