About the Position
We are seeking a Senior Scrum Master with strong Agile and Scrum experience to join our team in Wroclaw, Poland, and drive continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and promote Agile best practices.
- Assess team health, Agile maturity, and delivery effectiveness.
- Identify improvement areas and develop corrective action plans.
- Create and communicate short-term and long-term improvement roadmaps.
- Consolidate risks, actions, and progress into clear reports for teams and management.
- Drive continuous improvement and remove delivery impediments.
- Align teams, Product Owners, and stakeholders around delivery objectives.
Requirements
- Strong Scrum Master experience with solid understanding of Agile and Scrum frameworks.
- Experience assessing team performance and Agile maturity.
- Ability to identify gaps, formulate improvement plans, and drive execution.
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
- Experience creating and presenting action plans, status overviews, and strategic roadmaps.
- Strong facilitation, problem-solving, and coaching abilities.
- Proficiency with Agile tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, etc.).
Nice to Have
- Agile Coach or Agile Transformation experience.
- Knowledge of SAFe, LeSS, or other scaled Agile frameworks.
- Change management and organizational transformation experience.
- Experience working with multiple teams or enterprise-scale environments.
- Familiarity with delivery metrics, reporting, and Power BI/Tableau.
- Relevant certifications (PSM, CSM, SAFe, ICAgile, PMP).
