We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master/Delivery Manager to join our client’s team, a US-based company developing technology for the tolling industry. This is a high-impact role where you will own the delivery process for a small senior engineering team and help build scalable delivery practices from the ground up.

The project focuses on mission-critical transportation infrastructure. The platform powers electronic toll collection systems that process millions of vehicles and financial transactions every day.

You’ll work closely with engineering leadership, Product Owner, QA, and DevOps teams, ensuring projects move efficiently, risks are identified early, and delivery remains transparent across the organization.

Location: Remote

Working Hours: Full-time working hours aligned with the US Eastern Time Zone (New York)

  • Own end-to-end delivery for the engineering team
  • Manage project timelines, milestones, dependencies, and risks
  • Configure and maintain Jira as the single source of truth
  • Coordinate engineering, QA, DevOps, and Product teams
  • Identify delivery risks early and drive mitigation plans
  • Remove blockers and improve engineering workflows
  • Prepare clear delivery updates for leadership
  • Continuously optimize Agile processes for a fast-moving distributed team
  • Leverage AI tools to automate reporting, backlog management, meeting notes, and delivery insights

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as Scrum Master, Delivery Manager, Technical Project Manager, or Technical Program Manager
  • Proven ownership of software delivery for engineering teams
  • Strong Jira expertise (boards, workflows, dashboards, automation, reporting)
  • Solid Agile knowledge (Scrum, Kanban, hybrid approaches)
  • Experience managing project timelines, dependencies, risks, and cross-functional delivery
  • Strong communication skills and advanced English
  • Experience working with distributed engineering teams
  • Daily practical usage of AI tools to improve delivery workflows, reporting, and planning
  • Self-driven personality with a strong ownership mindset
  • Strong written and spoken English

Nice to Have

  • Technical background or strong understanding of the software development lifecycle
  • Experience working with backend, cloud, DevOps, and QA teams
  • Startup or product company experience
  • Jira Administration experience
  • Familiarity with AWS, Kubernetes, CI/CD, GitHub Actions, or Argo CD
  • Experience in infrastructure, transportation, fintech, or other mission-critical domains

We Offer

  • Vacation (up to 20 working days)
  • Sick leaves (10 working days)
  • National Holidays as a time off
  • Flexible working schedule, remote format
  • Direct communication with engineering leadership and C-level stakeholders
  • Opportunity to build delivery processes from the ground up
  • AI-first engineering culture
  • Online teambuildings
