About the Position

We are seeking a Senior SDLC Tooling Engineer with expertise in GitLab and DevOps practices to enhance our software development lifecycle in Buffalo, New York.

Responsibilities

• Design, engineer, administer, and continuously improve Enterprise Developer Experience and SDLC platform capabilities supporting software delivery across the organization.
• Serve as the technical expert and platform owner for enterprise developer tooling.

• Experience implementing enterprise Test Data Management programs.
• Experience implementing AI-enabled testing and intelligent automation capabilities.
• Experience serving as an architecture lead, principal engineer, or technical authority.
• Strong influencing, consulting, mentoring, stakeholder management, and executive communication skills.
• Financial services or other highly regulated industry experience preferred.
