We are seeking a Senior Security Compliance Officer to join our team in Brussels, Belgium. This role focuses on enhancing our cybersecurity governance and ensuring compliance with various regulatory requirements.

Duration: 12 months

Dates: 03/11/2026 - 30/11/2027

Location: Brussels, Belgium

Responsibilities

• Construction and Maintenance of Control Frameworks

  • Analyze applicable regulatory and normative requirements.
  • Translate these requirements into concrete and measurable controls.
  • Construct and maintain control frameworks associated with:
    • NIS2
    • PCI DSS
    • Cyber Resilience Act (CRA)
    • Other applicable regulatory frameworks.
  • Define for each control:
    • Objective
    • Evaluation criteria
    • Evidence requirements
    • Roles and responsibilities
    • Monitoring indicators
    • Expected maturity level

• Compliance Governance

  • Maintain traceability between:
    • Regulatory requirements
    • Cybersecurity risks
    • Controls
    • Remediation plans
    • Evidence elements
  • Define governance mechanisms for monitoring compliance.
  • Participate in defining monitoring and escalation processes.

Requirements

• Languages

  • Dutch: Native or bilingual proficiency
  • French: Native or bilingual proficiency
  • English: Nice to have

• Skills

  • ISO 27K: Expert
  • Audit Expertise: Expert
