Job description
Senior SEO & AI Search Automation Specialist
About Us
DICEUS is a product company focused on building innovative SaaS solutions for the global insurance and financial services markets. Our mission is to modernize how insurers, brokers, MGAs, and other financial players operate through intelligent underwriting, seamless policy management, and digital engagement platforms. Since 2011, we have accomplished more than 150 projects, helping SMBs and enterprises overcome business challenges with the right technology solutions.
About the Role
We are looking for a Senior SEO & AI Search Automation Specialist who combines strong traditional and technical SEO expertise with a modern AI-first approach to search growth.
This is not a role focused on manually collecting keywords, preparing occasional SEO audits, or monitoring rankings in spreadsheets.
We are looking for someone who can build and operate a scalable SEO and AI Search growth system across multiple digital products and websites - using SEO platforms, crawlers, APIs, AI agents, MCP integrations, automation, analytics, and close collaboration with developers and content teams.
The goal is to dramatically increase the speed at which we can research markets, identify search opportunities, make SEO decisions, implement changes, measure results, and continuously improve organic and AI-search visibility.
What you will own
You will take ownership of the complete organic search lifecycle:
Research → Data → Strategy → Execution → QA → Measurement → Iteration
You will be expected not only to identify what should be done, but also to build the workflows and automation that allow it to be done repeatedly and efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Conduct technical, semantic, competitor, SERP, content-gap, and search opportunity analysis.
- Build and maintain keyword universes, topic clusters, search-intent models, and page-to-query mappings.
- Improve website taxonomy, information architecture, internal linking, and topical authority.
- Identify BOFU and MOFU opportunities, long-tail demand, programmatic SEO opportunities, and new landing-page opportunities.
- Manage crawling, indexation, canonicals, redirects, sitemaps, structured data, duplicate content, and cannibalization.
- Work closely with developers to define and implement SEO requirements within website architecture and development processes.
- Design SEO QA processes and automated checks for website releases, migrations, and technical changes.
- Build automated monitoring for technical SEO, rankings, traffic, indexation, and content performance.
- Consolidate and analyze large URL-level datasets using crawlers, APIs, and analytics platforms.
- Integrate data from Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, crawling tools, and other relevant sources into repeatable analysis workflows.
- Use AI and LLMs to analyze large datasets, classify pages, cluster keywords, identify opportunities, and accelerate repetitive SEO tasks.
- Build AI-assisted workflows and lightweight automation using APIs, scripts, AI coding tools, and other relevant technologies.
- Support scalable creation and optimization of landing pages together with developers and content specialists while maintaining content quality.
- Identify organic link-building, digital PR, citation, and authority-building opportunities.
- Measure the impact of implemented changes and continuously reprioritize the SEO roadmap based on actual results.
- Improve visibility in AI-driven search and answer engines, including ChatGPT, Google AI experiences, Perplexity, and other emerging platforms.
- Monitor AI Search developments, test new approaches, and validate them through measurable results.
Qualifications
- Strong hands-on SEO experience with a solid understanding of both traditional and technical SEO.
- Strong knowledge of crawling, indexation, canonicalization, redirects, structured data, sitemaps, site migrations, duplicate content, and technical SEO diagnostics.
- Experience with keyword research, search intent, semantic SEO, content architecture, internal linking, and topical authority.
- Experience working with large websites, large URL datasets, or complex SEO data rather than reviewing pages manually one by one.
- Strong experience with Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs or similar SEO platforms, and website crawlers.
- Proven ability to automate repetitive SEO processes and build scalable workflows.
- Practical experience using AI/LLMs (e.g. Claude, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini) for SEO analysis, classification, clustering, research, opportunity identification, or workflow automation.
- Comfortable working with APIs, structured data, lightweight scripting, and AI coding tools.
- Ability to work effectively with developers and translate SEO requirements into clear implementation specifications.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to prioritize initiatives based on commercial and business impact.
- Ability to independently identify SEO opportunities and turn analysis into an actionable roadmap.
- Strong ownership mindset and ability to manage the complete SEO lifecycle from research through implementation and measurement.
- Intermediate or higher level of English.
Will Be a Plus
- Experience with AI Search, GEO, LLM visibility, or citation analysis.
- Experience with Python or other scripting languages.
- Experience building AI agents, MCP-based integrations, or advanced AI workflows.
- Experience with programmatic SEO.
- Experience in B2B SaaS, technology, enterprise software, or other high-consideration markets.
- Experience with automated SEO QA and monitoring systems.
- Experience with databases, SQL, or advanced data workflows.
- Experience with digital PR, link building, and authority-building strategies.
We Offer
- Opportunity to work on multiple digital products and build a modern SEO and AI Search system from the ground up.
- High level of ownership and freedom to introduce new tools, automation, and workflows.
- Direct collaboration with developers, content specialists, marketing, and product teams.
- Opportunity to experiment with modern AI, automation, and search technologies.
- Professional growth and the ability to influence the company’s organic and AI-search strategy.
- Competitive compensation based on experience and expertise.
- Paid vacation (18) and sick leave (10).
- Supportive and professional team environment.
