About the Position

We're seeking a Senior SEO Specialist with 4+ years of experience to manage multiple SEO projects in Ukraine, focusing on bilingual websites.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage 6–10 full-cycle client SEO projects:
  • Collecting and clustering semantics;
  • Conducting technical audits using crawlers;
  • Working with site structure and content;
  • Preparing specifications for copywriters;
  • Forming and optimizing meta tags;
  • Working with backlink profiles and exchanges;
  • Analyzing data in Google Search Console and GA4;
  • Preparing monthly reports for clients;
  • Communicating with clients about SEO work and results.

The market is Ukraine, Google. Most projects are bilingual sites: Ukrainian and Russian versions implemented on separate pages. Therefore, practical experience in SEO for bilingual sites will be an important part of the selection.

You do not need to code independently-our developer makes technical changes.

Requirements

• Senior SEO Specialist with 4+ years of experience;
• Experience working in an SEO agency where you managed multiple client projects;
• Proven cases with specific numbers and domains that can be verified;
• Ability to independently close the full SEO cycle: from semantics and technical audit to content, links, analytics, and reporting;
• Experience working with bilingual sites;
• Practical experience using AI tools in daily SEO work is mandatory.

AI is not a "nice bonus" for us. The routine in the team is largely automated, so we need a specialist who already knows how to use AI to speed up and scale their work. Our main tool is Claude Code, but experience with other similar tools is also suitable.

Languages:

• Ukrainian - fluently;
• Russian - at a level sufficient for working with texts;
• English - sufficient for reading professional documentation and materials.

Nice to Have

• Experience working with e-commerce and sites with thousands of products;
• Own SEO automations and scripts that can be shown.

• Domain;
• Niche;
• Period of work;
• Site size;
• Organic traffic at the start;
• Organic traffic at the end / current;
• What exactly you did.

We value specific numbers. Phrases like "traffic increased several times" are not suitable.

There is no test task. Your real cases are the main filter.

Selection Process

1. Initial screening.
2. Technical interview with the SEO specialist.

Who We Are Not Looking For

• Specialists who fundamentally do everything by hand and do not use automation;
• Candidates with cases without specific numbers or without domains that can be verified;
• People who do not record results and processes and keep everything in their heads.
