Senior ServiceNow Solution Architect

About the Position

We are looking for an experienced Senior ServiceNow Solution Architect to join our team and drive the design, governance, and evolution of enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions. In this role, you will define the architectural vision for the platform, ensuring alignment with business needs, enterprise standards, and ServiceNow best practices. You will work closely with business stakeholders, enterprise architects, development teams, and implementation partners to deliver scalable, secure, and future-proof solutions, with a strong focus on CMDB, CSDM, and IT Asset Management (ITAM).

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the architectural vision for the ServiceNow platform, ensuring alignment with business objectives and enterprise standards
• Design end-to-end ServiceNow solutions, including architecture, data models, integrations, and governance frameworks
• Lead the evolution of CMDB, CSDM, and IT Asset Management (SAM/HAM) capabilities across the organization
• Establish architectural principles, quality standards, and best practices to ensure scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions
• Review and govern solution designs delivered by development teams and implementation partners
• Drive platform modernization, roadmap planning, and adoption of out-of-the-box ServiceNow capabilities
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and technical teams to translate business needs into strategic solutions
• Provide architectural leadership, facilitate workshops, and support key governance and decision-making processes

Requirements

• At least 6 years of experience in ServiceNow architecture and implementation
• Proven experience designing and delivering enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions
• Deep expertise in CMDB, CSDM, and IT Asset Management (ITAM)
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, platform governance, and best practices
• Experience defining enterprise data models, integrations, and service management frameworks
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable and maintainable solutions
• Experience leading architecture reviews and governance processes
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Strong workshop facilitation and consulting capabilities
• Fluent English
• Tax residency in Ukraine is required
