Responsibilities
- Enhance and customize the existing SharePoint solution used for document storage and approval processes
- Develop and optimize Power Apps forms, including validation rules, conditional logic, and user-friendly interfaces
- Design, modify, and maintain approval workflows using Power Automate or SharePoint-based workflow tools
- Integrate SharePoint with external systems through REST APIs, ensuring secure and reliable data exchange
- Analyze current business processes and propose improvements aligned with SharePoint capabilities
- Troubleshoot issues related to permissions, workflows, integrations, and custom components
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, clarify expectations, and ensure solution alignment
- Document technical changes, configurations, and integration points for long-term maintainability
- Ensure that all enhancements follow best practices, governance rules, and security standards
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience developing and customizing SharePoint solutions
- Strong understanding of SharePoint permissions, content types, metadata, and document management best practices
- Experience with integrating SharePoint with external systems via REST APIs
- Hands-on knowledge of Power Apps (forms, validation, business logic)
- Ability to work with approval workflows and rule-based logic
- Strong oral and written communication skills to ensure close alignment with stakeholders at different organizational levels
- Fluency in English
