Responsibilities

• Conduct simulations and optimizations of complex production and logistics processes.
• Analyze material flow, capacity, and bottlenecks.
• Optimize production and logistics operations.
• Provide decision support through simulation-based analysis.
• Utilize Simio software for modeling, analysis, and optimization of production and logistics systems.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in simulation and optimization of industrial processes.
• Proficiency in Simio simulation software.
• Strong analytical skills and experience in simulation projects.
• Excellent communication and consulting skills.
• Ability to work both on-site and remotely.

Nice to Have

• Experience in factory planning and dimensioning of production facilities.
• Knowledge of supply chain optimization.
