About the Position
We are seeking a Senior SMM Designer with 3+ years of experience in SMM design to join our team. You will be responsible for creating engaging content and staying up-to-date with market trends.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop engaging content for social media marketing
- Utilize tools like Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects
- Stay updated with market trends and incorporate them into designs
- Collaborate with the team to align designs with brand identity
- Understand color theory, typography, and composition
- Create content that resonates with the target audience and encourages sharing
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in SMM design (agency experience is a plus)
- Proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator
- Pre-press preparation skills
- Active use of AI tools in work
- Basic skills in After Effects for animating SMM creatives and simple video editing
- Ability to understand and propose concepts aligned with the brand's character
- Knowledge of color theory, typography, and composition
- Ability to track market trends and translate them into effective designs
- Create content for projects that will be widely reposted and imitated
