Publicis Groupe Ukraine is looking for a Senior SMM Manager to join the Publicis Groupe Content team. We are looking for an SMM Manager who not only manages social media but also thinks strategically, works with well-known brands, and creates content that truly works.
Responsibilities
- Management of the development of comprehensive SMM strategies and client proposals
- Formation of monthly content plans
- Briefing creative teams for the creation of text and visual content
- Coordination of posting, moderation of client accounts, and preparation of reports
- Providing strategic recommendations in complex or crisis situations
- Organization and support of filming processes (content creation)
- Support and coordination of the work of the SMM specialist mini-team
Requirements
- Experience in SMM of at least 3 years
- English proficiency at the Upper-Intermediate level and above
- Experience in managing TikTok and creating content for this network
- Focus on results and ability to work in a multitasking environment
- Goal-oriented, constructive, and solution-focused
