Senior Social Media Buyer (search/feed arbitrage)

We are a full-service digital marketing agency DigitalArt. Our agency is 5 years old, and during this time we have implemented more than 1000 projects for clients from Ukraine, Europe, the USA, and the Middle East. Our global goal is to scale our clients’ businesses and take them to a whole new level. Therefore, we have assembled a team of professionals who work hard to achieve this goal.

We have recently become part of an IT holding. This year, our goal is to triple our profitability, and in 5 years we will be among the top digital marketing agencies in Ukraine and increase the share of international clients to 50%. Currently, we are looking for a top Senior Social Media Buyer to join our team, who will grow with us in the number and scale of projects.

At the beginning of your work, your boss will be the Head of Target, and in the future you will be able to become a team leader, department head, or even a C-level manager.

You will work with budgets starting from $20 thousand per month. In case of successful work, your budget will be increased monthly in accordance with the indicators. As our goal is for you to reach a budget of at least $300 thousand or more.

Your KPI will be calculated in such a way that you will have no restrictions and will be able to independently influence your income.

As part of your work with the client, your goals will be:

• Find and scale working relationships;
• Reduce the cost of targeted conversion;
• Optimize traffic to get a continuous flow of advertising;
• Meet KPIs for the right amount, quality, and price of traffic.

While working on projects, you will interact with designers who will help you develop creatives.

Requirements

Core Skills:

• At least 2 years of experience as a Facebook/TikTok Media Buyer;
• Successfully worked with Tier 1 markets;
• Launched FB/TikTok accounts from scratch;
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets;
• Successful experience with GA4 and Google Tag Manager.

Nice to Have:

• Worked with driving traffic from social media to search engines like Google through official partners;
• Have successful experience with Keitaro;
• Worked with budgets from $50,000;
• Have a B2 or higher level of English.
