What Awaits You:

🚀 Architecture Ownership: You will be responsible for the holistic conception and strategy for complex software systems and platforms of our clients.

🏗️ Strategic Decisions: You will analyze technical requirements and derive sustainable, scalable architecture decisions from them, which you will confidently represent to stakeholders.

⚙️ Governance & Standards: You will define technological architecture guidelines and best practices and ensure their compliance throughout the entire project cycle.

👥 Technical Coaching: You will lead development teams technically, coach them in architecture topics, and support them in the implementation of demanding designs.

🔍 Quality & Review: You will conduct architecture reviews, identify technical debt, and continuously develop existing system landscapes.

☁️ Cloud-Native Leader: You will design modern, distributed systems in the cloud (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and continuously evaluate new technologies and tools.

What You Bring:

Expertise

Profound experience in the conception of complex architectures (e.g., Microservices, Event-driven, or distributed systems).
Deep knowledge in architecture principles, design patterns, and modern software design methods (e.g., EDA, IoC, Observer, Strategy, DDD).
Cloud infrastructures and their architecture patterns and scaling strategies.
Deep experience in at least one object-oriented language (e.g., Java, C#, Python) and in modern frontend frameworks (e.g., Angular, React, Vue).
Experience in technical leadership and the communication of complex concepts to interdisciplinary teams.

Very Good Knowledge

Quality Assurance: Architecture reviews, documentation (e.g., arc42), and evaluation of non-functional requirements.
Comprehensive understanding of security, performance, and stability in distributed environments.
Knowledge of the entire software lifecycle and the integration of modern DevOps workflows.

Personal

Decision-making: You enjoy taking responsibility for the "big picture" and making well-founded directional decisions.
Strategic Vision: You think beyond the current sprint and plan systems for long-term maintainability.
Communication Skills: You can explain complex matters understandably and act as a mentor.
Very good German and English skills as well as a completed IT degree or comparable qualification.
