About the Position

Senior Software Developer C++ (m/w/d)

We are seeking a Senior Software Developer C++ to join our team in Beckum, Germany, developing scalable fleet software for mobile robots.

Responsibilities

Development, Extension, and Maintenance of central fleet software components in modern C++
Implementation of complex planning and control logic with a focus on stability and performance
Ensuring clear software architectures and modular, scalable structures
Analysis and Optimization of runtime behavior, performance, and memory consumption
Support in integration, debugging, and system tests
Close Collaboration with robot software, simulation, safety, and test & validation
Documentation of technical concepts and decisions to ensure maintainability
Active Contribution to the reduction of technical debt and the further development of the platform

Requirements

Completed Studies in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or similar
Several Years of Professional Experience in the development of C++ software in complex systems
Very Good Knowledge of modern C++ (e.g., C++17/20) and modular software development
Experience with the integration of distributed software components and system architectures
Expertise in performance and runtime analysis as well as memory optimization
Experience in debugging and analysis of complex software systems
Structured, Analytical, and Quality-Oriented Work Approach with high personal responsibility
Good German and English Skills in speech and writing
