Senior Software Developer - Java FS Angular

About the Position

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join us in developing and maintaining a product lifecycle platform built on Java, Angular, Kafka, and PostgreSQL.

This engagement follows an AI-native delivery model, with AI Ops and AI SDLC practices embedded from Day 1. This is an opportunity for an early-career engineer to work within a modern microservices architecture on a platform of genuine industrial scale - 1 million+ products, 100,000+ client submissions annually - supported by an experienced team.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development and maintenance of a product lifecycle platform at industrial scale
• Build and enhance features across the full stack using Java, Angular, and PostgreSQL
• Design and implement microservices within a modern distributed architecture
• Develop and integrate REST APIs to support reliable service communication
• Work with Kafka for event-driven data flows and messaging
• Follow AI-native delivery practices, including AI Ops and AI SDLC, from Day 1
• Adhere to established engineering standards and CI/CD workflows
• Support platform reliability for a 24/5 environment with 24/7 P1/P2 coverage
• Collaborate with an experienced team, participating in code reviews and feedback cycles

Requirements

• 5-9 years of experience in Java Full Stack development
• Proficiency in Java 8+, Spring Boot, and REST API development
• Expertise in building and maintaining microservices architectures
• Skills in Angular JS for front-end development
• Competency in PostgreSQL for relational data management
• Understanding of service communication patterns and REST APIs
• Flexibility to work within established engineering standards and CI/CD workflows
• Capability to learn and adapt in a complex, fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail, given the platform's 24/5 uptime and 24/7 P1/P2 coverage
• Collaborative mindset, comfortable asking questions and acting on feedback

Nice to Have

• Exposure to Kafka and Elasticsearch
• Familiarity with hexagonal or microservices architecture patterns
• Experience contributing to a team with defined code review and testing practices
