Senior Software Engineer

About the Position

Join Inetum as a Senior Software Engineer to ensure application compliance with company security standards and drive technical innovation.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all applications are compliant with the company security standard by monitoring and easing the security vulnerabilities remediation plans, patch management monitoring, and obsolescence monitoring.
• Build action plans on vulnerabilities and monitor action and ease the resolution for developers.
• Implement appropriate scanning and monitoring of applications to ensure compliance with the company standard, especially in terms of IT security.
• Drive regular compliance tests such as disaster recovery and penetration tests.
• Ensure regulatory compliance of applications including DORA, data privacy, and IFC.
• Drive technical change, innovation (e.g., GenIA, finops), and the evolution of the product.
• Report on the global compliance of the product (regulatory, security, operational).
• Interface actively to define development best practices, ensure they are applied, and monitor them (with KPIs).

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field of expertise.
• Solid expertise in computer sciences including basic understanding of Cloud Computing, Database Models, Coding Languages, AI, architecture design, and Cybersecurity.
• Solid expertise in continuous integration (CI) and continuous delivery/deployment (CD) concepts and methodologies (ideally Azure DevOps expertise).
• Solid expertise in software development lifecycles and Agile methodologies.
• Azure fundamentals expertise.
• Development expertise in C#, Python.
• Fluency in English is mandatory.

Nice to Have

• Expertise in Data Science, Algorithms, and Machine Learning applied to Risk Management in the Insurance business.
