We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join our tech company in Rehovot. The role involves developing and maintaining backend, frontend, and smart device software components. Responsibilities include developing advanced services, intuitive user interfaces, and tools for monitoring and managing innovative communication systems.

Responsibilities

• Development of backend systems for advanced communication systems, including high-performance optimization.
• Development of tools for system monitoring, management, and diagnostics.
• Writing high-quality, documented, and maintainable code.
• Continuous improvement of the product and development methods.
• Implementation of communication protocols, load balancing, and backup mechanisms.
• Design and development of user interfaces for managing communication systems.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software development.
• Experience in backend development in advanced languages and environments.
• Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis).
• Ability to analyze, solve problems, and optimize software systems.
• Familiarity with operating systems (preferably Linux), networks, and communication protocols.
• Experience with advanced communication systems, cellular modems, or RF - an advantage.
• Knowledge of real-time systems and IoT - an advantage.
