About the Position

hygi.de stands for a growing e-commerce business with over 3 million customers and more than 140,000 products. With around 300 employees, we are continuously developing our company. We rely on digital processes, short decision-making paths, personal responsibility, and creative ideas. In this role, you can actively shape our technology and the collaboration between IT and business units.

Responsibilities

• Drive AI initiatives in the company from idea to productive use.
• Develop technical concepts and robust architectures and independently transform them into functional software.
• Integrate AI solutions into our system landscape around ERP, WMS, Shop, Logistics, and BI/Data.
• Use AI-supported and agentic tools and establish contemporary development practices.
• Take responsibility for testing, quality, security, data protection, monitoring, and the reliable operation of the solutions.
• Work closely with Business Systems, DevOps & Platform, BI/Data, business units, and external partners.
• Monitor new AI technologies and pragmatically evaluate which approaches fit our processes and systems.

Requirements

• Delivery and operation with Docker Swarm, Jenkins, and Git.
• Collaboration with Jira and Confluence.
