Responsibilities

• Ensure fast delivery times and cater to the e-commerce boom.
• Work out suitable concepts for customers in workshops with colleagues from Sales and other departments.
• Present results in tailored specifications documents.
• Act as a consultant for the customer during the planning phase.
• Understand current processes and challenges to define future-fit solutions.
• Provide support until the project is handed over to the customer.
• Travel to various countries such as Canada, France, and Mexico for project work.

Requirements

• Degree in software or logistics.
• Fluency in German and English, with French being a plus.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Willingness to travel and work with customers.
• Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn new things.
