About the Role and Team

As a Senior Software Engineer in the Wizard team, you will play a key role in shaping and developing Adform Flow, one of the core applications within Adform's Demand-Side Platform (DSP). Adform Flow enables advertisers and media agencies to plan, launch, manage, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across channels, markets, and devices through a modern and intuitive user experience.

You will help build scalable, high-performance products used daily by some of the world's leading brands and agencies. We are looking for an experienced engineer who is passionate about delivering exceptional user experiences, driving technical improvements, and leveraging modern technologies, including AI-powered solutions, to create value for customers.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable frontend solutions from concept to production
Take ownership of complex features and drive their successful delivery
Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code following Adform engineering standards and industry best practices
Collaborate closely with Product Managers, UX/UI Designers, and Engineering teams to deliver customer-focused solutions
Mentor team members and actively share knowledge and best practices
Drive continuous improvements in engineering processes, tooling, and development practices
Explore and implement AI-powered solutions that improve user experience, product capabilities, or engineering productivity
Stay up to date with emerging technologies and evaluate their potential business impact

Requirements

Strong expertise in JavaScript, GraphQL, and React
Experience designing and developing modern single-page applications
Solid understanding of software architecture, performance optimization, and frontend scalability challenges
Experience with automated testing, quality assurance practices, and CI/CD pipelines
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to independently drive initiatives to completion
Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Nice to Have

Experience building AI-enabled user experiences or AI-assisted workflows
Experience mentoring engineers and providing technical leadership
Knowledge of the AdTech, or digital advertising industry
