About the Position
Join EPAM as a Java Full Stack Engineer to support a leading global financial services firm. You will drive workflow automation for structured funds, SPV lifecycle management, and bespoke client reporting. Your technical expertise will enable seamless connectivity with official trade stores to deliver deep data insights for a leading global financial services firm.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop high-quality, polished, and intuitive front-end interfaces for flagship financial products
- Build robust Java back-end services and integrate them smoothly with JavaScript front-end components
- Automate workflows for the launching and lifecycle handling of structured funds and SPV transactions
- Develop controlled, bespoke automation for external client reporting
- Enable connectivity with official trade stores to combine data sets for deep analysis of AuM and revenue sources
- Leverage AI coding assistants like GitHub Copilot to accelerate development and improve code quality
- Collaborate with global, cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project delivery and alignment on technical requirements
Requirements
- Relevant senior-level experience in full stack software engineering using Java and JavaScript
- Strong hands-on proficiency in Node.js and modern front-end frameworks such as Angular or React
- Proven ability to build and deploy high-quality, polished, and intuitive front-end applications
- Hands-on experience with API integrations and connecting complex backend data systems
- Strong background utilizing modern AI development tools such as GitHub Copilot to optimize coding workflows
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly across distributed teams
- High proficiency in spoken and written English (B2 level preferred) to collaborate effectively with international stakeholders
- Demonstrated problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

- Prior experience working within the financial services or wealth management sector
- Familiarity with structured funds, SPV lifecycle management, or trade repository integration
