Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable services for the Payment Processing Platform
• Ensure the platform is easy to use, integrate, and extend
• Enforce good practices, risk mitigation, and maintain high performance
• Prioritize work with the customers in mind and make data-driven decisions to fix customer pain-points
• Drive cross-team projects with great communication skills
• Articulate complex, technical concepts to non-technical audiences
• Write testable, easy to extend, high-quality code
• Advocate for best coding practices, code reviews, and open feedback
• Work with relational databases, messaging queues, and designing schemas

Requirements

• Solid Java 11 plus knowledge
• Experience with Spring framework
• Experience with microservice best practices
• Experience with Distributed and Concurrent Systems
• Hands-on knowledge of microservice architecture patterns
