About the Position
We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer specializing in Java8, Spring, REST APIs, and microservices. If you are passionate about software engineering and want to contribute to impactful projects, we encourage you to apply.
Responsibilities
- Develop, enhance, and maintain code
- Build back-end microservices and REST APIs
- Conduct unit testing
- Perform code reviews
- Follow best practices, including code review, unit testing, and continuous integration
- Collaborate with team members to design and implement solutions
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 6+ years of development work experience
- Hands-on experience with Java and Spring Framework
- Proficiency in REST APIs and microservices architecture
- Understanding of back-end technologies, including Kafka
- Familiarity with Weblogic
Nice to Have
- Master's degree in Computer Science
- Experience in financial services, particularly in wealth management
- Knowledge of additional programming languages
- Familiarity with cloud technologies
- Understanding of agile development methodologies
