What Makes You a Great Fit
- 5+ years of software engineering experience.
- Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience with Kotlin Multiplatform (strong expertise required).
- Strong proficiency with AI tools (especially Claude Code).
- High level of ownership and accountability.
- Open-minded, collaborative, and communicative personality.
- Startup experience is a strong plus.
- Swift experience - advantage.
- Good understanding of clean code principles, testing practices, and architecture patterns (MVC/MVVM) - advantage.
- Fluent English communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile features using Kotlin Multiplatform.
- Build and improve product functionality with a strong focus on performance, scalability, and user experience.
- Contribute to a startup-style environment with fast iterations and high impact.
- Ensure code quality through best engineering practices.
