Senior Software Engineer (.NET)

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions using C# and .NET.
  • Architect and implement features within a distributed/microservices environment to ensure scalability and performance.
  • Write clean, testable code and create comprehensive unit tests to ensure software reliability.
  • Actively participate in code reviews, offering constructive feedback that empowers individuals and strengthens the team.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Owners, QAs, DevOps, and Security teams to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Investigate and resolve complex technical issues, navigating challenges with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Take ownership of end-to-end delivery, consistently meeting sprint and quarterly commitments.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in software engineering, including excellent knowledge of C#, .NET, and object-oriented concepts.
  • Experience architecting and developing end-to-end flows in a distributed/microservices application architecture.
  • Experience writing unit tests and testable code.
  • Demonstrates strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate complex technical challenges.
  • Exhibits excellent judgment, seeking diverse perspectives and challenging assumptions to improve outcomes.
  • Delivers constructive feedback that empowers individuals and strengthens the team.
  • Communicates technical concepts clearly, adapting to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Consistently meets sprint and quarterly commitments while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code (e.g., TeamCity, Octopus, Terraform).
  • Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools (e.g., Datadog, Sumo Logic).
  • Experience with test automation frameworks such as Playwright, NUnit, or xUnit.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS).
