About the Position

Senior Software Engineer (.NET + React)

Hybrid, Remote

Ivano-Frankivsk, Kyiv, Lviv, Ukraine

You’ll work on enterprise platforms that help organizations manage digital content and streamline marketing and communications workflows. The role combines full-stack development with an AI-first approach, including Generative AI integrations, semantic search, RAG, and AI agents designed to improve content creation, delivery, and operational processes.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using .NET, C#, TypeScript, and React.
• Build and enhance enterprise web platforms, APIs, and integrations with a focus on performance, security, and maintainability.
• Identify opportunities to embed AI-powered capabilities into products, user workflows, and operational processes.
• Design and implement integrations with LLMs, AI agents, semantic search, and RAG solutions.
• Collaborate with a designer, architect, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions and contribute to architecture decisions.
• Develop and optimize cloud-native solutions hosted on Azure, including deployment and infrastructure-related activities.
• Maintain application quality through automated testing, code reviews, troubleshooting, and engineering best practices.
• Mentor engineers, share technical knowledge, contribute to CI/CD improvements, and use AI-assisted development tools to improve code quality and delivery efficiency.

Requirements

• 5+ years of commercial software development experience.
• Strong expertise in C#, .NET 8+, ASP.NET Core, and Web API.
• Solid experience with TypeScript and the modern React ecosystem.
• Hands-on experience building and consuming RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Strong knowledge of SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and Entity Framework Core.
• Advanced knowledge of React Hooks, Context API, and state management solutions such as Redux or Zustand.
• Experience with modern frontend architecture, reusable component design, responsive interfaces, design systems, and performance optimization.
• Practical experience integrating Generative AI capabilities using services or frameworks such as Azure OpenAI, OpenAI APIs, Semantic Kernel, or LangChain.
• Understanding of LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, AI agents, vector databases, semantic search, Microsoft Azure, CI/CD pipelines, Git-based workflows, DevOps practices, and Agile/Scrum environments.
