About the Project

The Account Experience & Flow Team is dedicated to transforming how users interact with a global digital ecosystem tied to one of the world’s most iconic brands. The project focuses on optimizing the end-to-end user journey across account creation, authentication, and account management.

By reimagining how users move through sign-up, sign-in, and account-related experiences, the team delivers seamless, secure, and personalized interactions. Users are empowered with intuitive access to their profiles, preferences, and exclusive digital experiences-while maintaining the highest standards of security, usability, performance, and scalability.

This initiative plays a key role in driving engagement, improving customer satisfaction, and streamlining the overall digital experience across global platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize performance using React, TypeScript, and Next.js
• Apply best practices for semantic HTML and web accessibility (WCAG)
• Contribute to and uphold frontend best practices (linting, testing, code standards)
• Write and maintain unit, integration, and end-to-end tests
• Collaborate with backend developers on web-based authentication and OIDC
• Contribute to backend services (Node.js) when needed
• Work within a microservice-based architecture
• Participate in technical discussions, code reviews, and agile ceremonies
• Take ownership of features from concept to production

Requirements

Mandatory

• 6+ years of professional experience building modern web applications
• Strong frontend experience with React, TypeScript, and Next.js
• Working knowledge of Node.js and backend services
• Solid understanding of semantic HTML, accessibility (WCAG), and frontend UI best practices
• Proven experience with testing (unit, integration, end-to-end), linting, and code quality standards
• Experience working with microservice architectures, bundlers, and module federation
• Solid understanding of web-based authentication and OIDC
• Experience working in agile development environments
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a self-driven mindset

Nice to have

• Experience with Tailwind CSS
• Experience with solution architecture
• Experience working with Design Systems and UI Component Libraries
• Experience with monorepo tools (Turbo, Nx, Lerna)
• Backend knowledge and API design experience
• DevOps experience (GitHub Actions, CI/CD pipelines, automated workflows)
• Cloud experience, especially AWS
