About the Position
Senior Software Engineer - Sparks @ING Hubs Romania
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Software Engineer to join our dynamic team at ING Hubs Romania. As a key player in our IT Engineering department, you will contribute to the development of scalable banking platforms and innovative solutions.
Responsibilities
- Deliver and operate high-quality software for the ING Resource Manager, which is central to the Touchpoint Platform.
- Help onboard new use cases for automation, outline the ING Resource Manager architecture, answer questions, and assist in integrating new components.
Requirements
- 5+ years experience as a Software Engineer.
- A polyglot mindset and eagerness to learn new languages and technologies.
- Strong experience in Java/Kotlin and Spring framework.
- Experience with Go is a plus.
- Capable of delivering both working code and a suitable set of automated tests.
- Strong knowledge in code design and design patterns.
- Good understanding of functional programming principles.
- Experience with Kubernetes.
- Experience with the Open Source way of working.
