What to Expect

• You will design end-to-end agent-based automation solutions – from discovery through solution architecture to productive rollout at the customer.
• Take on the technical lead role: You will be responsible for the solution interface and lead colleagues in its implementation.
• You will set the autonomy limit at each decision point – not the difficulty decides, but reversibility and accountability. And you document it, rather than just setting it.
• Together with departments, IT, and customers, you will create solutions that stand the test of practice – always keeping auditability, traceability, and compliance readiness in mind.

What We Expect from You

• Personal Background: You bring five to ten years of experience in consulting and solution design – with a focus on process automation, AI solutions, or Agentic AI in production environments.
• Automation Expertise: You have taken automation projects from idea to operation and know where they fail in practice.
• Objective Neutrality: You know more than one platform and do not map everything on the same one. Whether partner platform, orchestration, or custom build – the process decides, not the habit.
• Technical Versatility: You are familiar with Agentic AI platforms (e.g., Otera), Document AI, and system integration and know how to use them in everyday projects.
• Mindset: You are passionate about agent-based automation and its difference from classic RPA. Analytical mindset, solution orientation, and a sense for regulated environments – BaFin, MaRisk, AI Act – you bring with you.
• On the Road: You are willing to travel and flexible to advise our customers in the DACH region on-site.
